By accessing and using DealerBe ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, dealers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
2. Dealer Eligibility
DealerBe is exclusively available to licensed automotive dealers. To use the Platform, you must:
- • Hold a valid automotive dealer license in good standing
- • Provide accurate and complete registration information
- • Maintain current licensing and insurance requirements
- • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
We reserve the right to verify dealer credentials and may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements.
3. Platform Use
DealerBe serves as a marketplace platform that facilitates connections between licensed dealers. The Platform does not:
- • Take possession of vehicles
- • Handle payments between dealers
- • Provide transportation or logistics services
- • Act as a party to any transaction
All transactions, including payment, title transfer, and vehicle delivery, are conducted directly between dealers.
4. User Responsibilities
As a Platform user, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate vehicle descriptions and pricing
- • Respond promptly to inquiries and offers
- • Maintain professional conduct in all communications
- • Honor accepted offers and agreements
- • Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity
- • Keep your account information current and secure
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- • List stolen, salvaged, or flood-damaged vehicles without disclosure
- • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- • Circumvent Platform fees or payment systems
- • Use automated systems to access the Platform
- • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Subscription Plans and Usage Limits
DealerBe operates on a simple monthly subscription model with no per-vehicle transaction fees. Each subscription tier includes specific usage limits to ensure platform stability:
Basic Plan ($99/month)
- • Vehicle listings: 10 per month
- • Offer submissions: 50 per month
- • Search queries: 1,000 per month
- • Vehicle listing images: 10 per vehicle
Professional Plan ($199/month)
- • Vehicle listings: 50 per month
- • Offer submissions: 200 per month
- • Search queries: 3,000 per month
- • Vehicle listing images: 15 per vehicle
Enterprise Plan ($399/month)
- • Vehicle listings: 125 per month
- • Offer submissions: Unlimited
- • Search queries: 10,000 per month
- • Vehicle listing images: 20 per vehicle

- • Vehicle listings: 100 per month
- • Offer submissions: 500 per month
- • Search queries: 5,000 per month

📸 Image Usage Clarification
- • Vehicle listing images count toward your plan limits
- • Conversation images (damage photos, additional details) are unlimited
- • Message attachments and negotiation photos are not restricted
- • Profile and business images do not count toward limits
- • No transaction fees - Keep 100% of your profits
- • 14-day free trial - Try the platform risk-free
- • Automatic upgrades - System recommends upgrades when limits are approached
- • Usage limits reset monthly and are designed to prevent abuse
- • Subscription fees subject to change with 30 days notice
All payments between dealers are handled directly between parties. DealerBe does not process, hold, or facilitate any vehicle payments.
7. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption and secure data storage.
8. Limitation of Liability
DealerBe provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. As a marketplace platform only, we are not liable for:
- • Disputes between dealers
- • Vehicle condition, history, or title issues
- • Payment defaults, fraud, or financial disputes
- • Transportation, delivery, or logistics problems
- • Vehicle inspections or quality assessments
- • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
DealerBe's role is limited to providing the platform for dealer connections. All transactions, payments, transport, and dispute resolution are handled directly between dealers.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- • Violation of these Terms of Service
- • Loss of dealer licensing
- • Fraudulent or illegal activity
- • Non-payment of fees
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
